A native of South Carolina, Deloris Westmoreland is the Co-Pastor of Restoration Community Ministries in Stockbridge, Georgia, working alongside her husband, Pastor Charles Westmoreland. A tried and true woman of God, she was called to ministry at an early age and accepted the call to minister the Word of God in 1986. She and her husband, Pastor Charles, have been building the kingdom of God , as a team, for over 30 years, ministering in song and the preached “Word”.
Co-Pastor Deloris was ordained as an Elder in the body of Christ in March 2005 under the leadership of Bishop Kent Branch, Pilgrim Cathedral of Atlanta, where she served as an intricate part of the ministry for over 10 years. She graduated in May 2008 from a 4-year study course at Pilgrim Cathedral Ministerial and Leadership Institute majoring in Christian Counseling. She was installed as Co-Pastor of Restoration Community Ministries in 2012. She completed the Ministerial Introductory Course at Aenon Bible College in Indiana, graduated from North Carolina College of Theology with her Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies and is a certified as a Life Coach.
Ministering, counseling, singing and witnessing are some of the joys of her life. She is recognized as a spirit-filled speaker whose mission is to spread the Word of Jesus Christ. You can often find her serving as a powerfully anointed speaker at revivals, Women’s Retreat/Conferences, youth services, musical workshops, as seminar facilitator etc. She has ministered the Word nationally and internationally. Not only has God has blessed her as a phenomenal motivator and Rhema bearer but also as a songtress and writer. She has served on the platform with many renowned artists and along with her husband, Co-Pastor Deloris has written and produced several life changing theatrical stage productions such as: “Keeping the Family Together”, “The Savior Lives”, “ Ticket Please”, “Family Matters - A Change of Heart”, to name a few.
She worked in the medical field (Clinical Assistant/Office Manager) for 19 years and now currently works as a Regional Assistant Director for Better Tomorrows, a Residential Human Services organization that provides supportive services for families who live in affordable housing. She oversees 5 properties in her Region.
